RETURN POLICY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY OVER OUR ITEM DESCRIPTION, AS SOME ITEMS CONTAIN NO STRETCH

In Store purchases are FINAL SALE. We have a fitting room for clients to try on items before purchase.

Online orders we offer EXCHANGES ONLY in perfect condition of the same item ONLY if the item is in stock. ANY WORN OR DAMAGED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

  • You may exchange merchandise within 5 business days of receipt of purchase.
  • The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Since many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. If an item is out of stock there can be no exchange or return under any circumstances.
  • We DO NOT accept exchanges on any white items, t-shirts, swimwear, bodysuits, leggings or accessories/bags. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!

Please email us FIRST to initiate a return. Please DO NOT return any merchandise to our without our knowledge. Once approved we will provide you with a return address to send your return to. Any packages returned without notice will be refused. Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs.

ORDER PROCESSING:
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 5-7 business days or sooner. During Holidays 7-10 business days or sooner.

We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. Please reach out to USPS for any issues with delivery etc.

 

EXCHANGE ONLY ON MANUFACTURER DEFECTS.

Must send proof of damage within 72 hours of receiving order to hertiquecollection@gmail.com with name and order number

LOCAL PICKUP INFORMATION

Local Pickup is available and delivery is available. (Please text 314-933-0754 for pickup/delivery information.)

Delivery fee ranges from $15-$25 depending on the area.

Please have your order confirmation ready at pickup.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are processed within 3 business days. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the product’s description.

Business days does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM (CST) or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Tuesday.

Shipping Available to 50 States in the US. Currently we do not support international shipping.  

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase.
